Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

At Peachy Discord Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for your purchase if:

  • You request it within 48 hours of purchase
  • The item you purchased was not delivered to your Discord DM
  • There was an error with your order
  • You purchased an item by mistake

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  3. We'll review your request and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Digital items that have been used or activated
  • Purchases made more than 48 hours ago without valid reason
  • Purchases made with promo codes or discounts (unless product was not delivered)

Delivery Failures

If we fail to deliver your purchased items to your Discord DM within 24 hours, we will automatically initiate a refund or resend the items. Please contact our support team if you don't receive your items.

Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds in cases where you purchased a bundle and only partially used items. Each case will be evaluated individually by our support team.

Chargeback and Dispute Resolution

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account. Please reach out to our support team first so we can resolve any issues.
